Opportunities to see Art on Display
Chicano Park Day festivities this Saturday which are from 10 am -5:00 PM. It will be an interesting opportunity to see the mural art of chicano park at the same time as it will be to see the festivities. It might be interesting to others in the class to be used for public art/art on display hours.

Educators' Reception at MCASD
Maya Lin: Systematic Landscapes
Take this special opportunity to view the exhibition and mingle with other educators. Complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be available, and raffles will take place throughout the event. Join MCASD staff and Gallery Guides for tours of the exhibition, and test out a standards-based lesson plan. Resources will be available to take back to the classroom.
